Quran Ijazah
Your Path to Accredited Mastery
- Ijazah track
- Live 1-to-1 on Zoom
- Male & female teachers
Ijazah is the conferment of a Quranic license by an accredited authority, in a chain that traces back to the Prophet Muhammad (SAW). It is a testament to excellent recitation, Tajweed and memorization, and it means you are qualified to teach and license others.
What you will get
-
Certified authority
An Ijazah shows that you have learned to recite the Quran flawlessly with Tajweed and, where applicable, have memorized all of it.
-
Unbroken chain
The authorization is part of an unbroken line of accredited scholars reaching back to the Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
-
Examination
You show thorough knowledge and application of Hifz and Tajweed in practical assessments.
-
Oral assessment
You recite the Quran in full, aloud, to a certified instructor.
-
Tailored preparation
We meet learners at every level and offer a preparatory crash course to sharpen your Tajweed.
-
Ijazah in Tilawah
Not a complete Hafiz? You can pursue an Ijazah in recitation, which does not require full memorization.
Whether you want to absorb the depths of the Quran or pass on its wisdom, our supportive course is built to take you there.
