You ask, we answer

Instead of a quick sales call you get two genuine classes. The first is a level assessment and teacher match; the second is a full, real class with your teacher. There is no commitment after.

Course fees are paid monthly, before the first session of the next month, and late payment may lead to a temporary suspension of classes. An invoice is issued every four weeks, and any unused class hours are carried over to the following month.

It depends on your time, effort and ability. As a guide, adults can complete a Tajweed course in 8 to 12 weeks, Quran memorization in 6 to 24 months, Arabic in 10 to 20 months, and one level of Islamic studies in 4 to 8 weeks. For children it depends on age, aptitude and support from parents and teachers.

Yes. For little ones your help during the session is welcome. Kids aged 7 and up usually don’t need a parent watching, and it is good for them to learn on their own with their tutor’s encouragement, but you are always welcome to attend.

We have technical support staff who can guide you through troubleshooting, and you can also reach out to your teacher directly.

Let your teacher know via Zoom chat or WhatsApp at least 3 hours before the class starts so it can be rescheduled.

On the rare occasion a teacher cannot attend, for example because of a power outage or a health emergency, you will be told and the teacher makes up the lost time by extending later classes or scheduling makeup sessions.
